A meeting room<\/strong> is a space used for business meetings or meetings between members of the same company. It is a multipurpose space where you can hold presentations, quarterly meetings, General or Extraordinary Meetings, training courses or presentations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  5. Speaker<\/strong> and microphone system <\/strong>if there is going to be a large number of participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Office supplies<\/strong>. Notebooks, pens, good arrangement of plugs, adapters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Video conferencing system<\/strong>. In the case of a blended meeting, it is key to have the right system in place.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Complementary services<\/strong>. Last-minute photocopies, technical support in case of failure or catering in case of prolongation are details that make the difference in an important meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    How to prepare a boardroom?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Let’s imagine that we are going to organize an annual company meeting<\/strong>, made up of 10 partners. As a rule, in this type of meeting, the partners evaluate the results obtained that year and set the goals for the coming year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In such a meeting, a boardroom<\/strong> should have a large space, an imperial or U-shaped table, ergonomic chairs, television, whiteboard, projector, high-speed connection, and minimalist d\u00e9cor (that adorns the meeting area but is also not distracting).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To this can be added office supplies, welcome notebooks, water and, if the meeting is going to last several hours, a coffee-break<\/strong> can be organized for the members of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
