How far can I customise the office?

Does customisation involve building costs?

The usual customisations (sign, colours, layout, furniture) are agreed in the contract. For larger works we assess each case, always without the investment or timelines of a traditional office.

From what size is it worth customising?

Any office can take your sign. Full customisation — branding at the entrance, layout and interior design — makes most sense from teams of 4-6 people or full floors.

What does the office rental include?

Furniture, high-speed fibre, climate control, daily cleaning, 24/7 access, reception, mail handling and use of the common areas — all in a single closed monthly fee.

Is there a minimum term?
