AzcaAt Ibercenter we rent meeting rooms in Madrid by the hour, so you never have to take on the cost of a permanent room you only use now and then. You choose the location, the day and the time slot, and the room is ready in your name with everything set up so you can walk in and get straight to work.
Every room includes audiovisual equipment: a screen or monitor for presentations, a connection for your laptop, fibre Wi-Fi and the option to set up a video call with your team or clients joining remotely. A spacious table, comfortable chairs and carefully designed lighting so that a two-hour meeting never feels like a chore.
We offer rooms in a range of sizes, from a private office for an interview or a meeting of three, to spaces for committees, training sessions and boards. If you need coffee, water, catering or a reception service to welcome your guests, we confirm it all when you make your booking.
Ibercenter operates three business centres across Madrid, each offering fully equipped meeting rooms you can book by the hour, the half-day or the full day. Whether you need a quiet space for a one-to-one interview, a six-seat room to pitch a proposal or a larger layout for a cross-departmental debrief, the right room is available at Gran Vía, at Castellana-Azca or in the Salamanca district—so you can always place a meeting where it is most convenient for your client or your team.
At Gran Vía 6, Madrid's landmark 1922 Art Déco address, meeting rooms seat between 6 and 16 people and come with a large-format screen, high-speed connectivity on a dedicated 10 Gbps fibre link, climate control and coffee service. The building also has an exclusive terrace of 1,500 m²—a genuinely unique venue in central Madrid for drinks receptions or informal sessions after a meeting concludes. At Azca (Plaza Carlos Trías Bertrán 4) the portfolio extends to more than 20 rooms seating from 8 up to 100 people, with 400+ parking spaces immediately below. At Velázquez 157 in Salamanca, two boardroom-style rooms accommodate up to 12 people or intimate groups of 4 to 6.
All three centres share bilingual reception in Spanish, English and French Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00, 24/7 building access, and the flexibility to purchase a room bonus—a block of prepaid hours usable across any of the three sites at preferential rates. Booking is straightforward: contact the team by phone, email or WhatsApp (+34 659 426 817) and a room will be reserved for exactly the hours you need, with everything set up and ready on arrival.

Holding your meetings in central Madrid is a practical choice: your clients arrive without getting lost, public transport drops everyone just minutes from the door, and the address conveys seriousness. At Ibercenter you can choose between three locations in different parts of the centre, so you can book the one that works best for whoever is travelling.
Gran Vía 6 sits in the very heart of the city, in an Art Déco building with a terrace, ideal for meetings with visitors from out of town. AZCA, at Plaza Carlos Trías Bertrán 4, is our largest location, next to Nuevos Ministerios and the Castellana, perfect for groups and training. Velázquez 157 places you in the Barrio de Salamanca, a discreet, well-connected area of Madrid.
Madrid's compact city centre means all three Ibercenter locations are reachable in under 30 minutes from virtually any point in the metropolitan area. Gran Vía is one metro stop from Sol and two from Banco de España; Azca sits beside the Santiago Bernabéu interchange on Lines 10 and 7; Velázquez is served by the Rubén Darío and Núñez de Balboa stops on Line 5. For visitors arriving by rail, Atocha is 10 minutes from Gran Vía and Chamartín is under 20 minutes from Azca—useful when your clients are travelling in from other Spanish cities on the AVE network.
Having rooms in three distinct Madrid neighbourhoods—the historic Gran Vía corridor, the corporate Azca financial district and the upscale Salamanca quarter—means you can choose the venue that best signals the right image for each meeting. Hosting a creative agency? Gran Vía's Art Déco architecture makes an impression. Closing a deal with a financial counterpart? Azca's tower-district address sets the tone. Entertaining a private client in a discreet environment? Velázquez is the natural choice.
