Ibercenter Velázquez has a boardroom for up to 12 people with a boardroom table, a large-format screen, video conferencing equipment and fibre access, all in a space with natural light in Barrio de Salamanca. For larger meetings, the Azca site (Plaza Carlos Trías Bertrán 4) increases capacity to up to 100 people with more than 20 configurable rooms.
The boardroom is booked by the hour, by the half day or by the full day. There is no monthly contract: you pay for the time you need. If the meetings are recurring —quarterly, half-yearly, annual— room-hour bundles let you book the space in advance at a preferential rate. For partners or directors who arrive by car, the building's own parking at Velázquez 157 solves parking without detours; for those who prefer public transport, the República Argentina metro (L6) is 5 minutes away and Avenida de América (L4/L6/L7/L9) 6 minutes away.
The welcome protocol also matters in a board meeting. Ibercenter's bilingual reception team —who attend in Spanish and English— welcomes attendees at the door of the centre, shows them to the room and can prepare a water, coffee and snacks service or a fuller catering on prior request. Velázquez 157, in Barrio de Salamanca, offers the most exclusive environment in the northern area. All three are less than five minutes from the metro.

Barrio de Salamanca, with its stately architecture and its concentration of legal practices, private banks and consulting firms, has for decades been the setting chosen by Madrid companies for this type of gathering. Azca, with more than 20 rooms for up to 100 people and more than 400 parking spaces, is the natural choice for large-scale meetings or corporate events with external participants. Gran Vía 6 offers rooms for 6 to 16 people in the heart of the historic centre, with access from several metro lines.
