You book one of our rooms in Madrid by the hour, by the day or for as long as you need. Each space arrives prepared with a screen or projector, a fibre connection and climate control, and our reception team takes care of welcoming your attendees and dealing with anything unexpected while you focus on your meeting.

Renting a room in Madrid should be as simple as choosing the space, booking the time slot and turning up. Ibercenter makes it possible at three strategic locations in the capital: Velázquez 157 (Barrio de Salamanca), AZCA (Plaza Carlos Trías Bertrán 4) and Gran Vía 6. Each centre has its own profile. At Velázquez you have two bright rooms with exterior views —one for up to 12 people and another for groups of 4 to 6— ideal for client meetings, interviews and management sessions in an elegant setting in the Barrio de Salamanca. At AZCA, the offer expands to more than 20 rooms with capacity for between 8 and 100 people, designed for training, corporate events, conferences and large-format board meetings, with parking for more than 400 spaces. And at Gran Vía 6 you can combine rooms for 6 to 16 people with access to a terrace for outdoor events or cocktails.

If you use the room regularly —weekly training sessions, monthly committees, recurring meetings with investors— hour passes let you book time in advance at a tighter cost per session. The basic equipment in all the rooms includes a screen or projector, video conferencing equipment, a whiteboard and a fibre connection. For meetings that call for a more formal setting, the bilingual reception team (ES/EN) can handle welcoming your guests and arrange a catering service.
