Yes. The address appears on the domiciliation contract we provide, and it is accepted as a registered office in incorporation deeds and in statutory amendments before a notary. It is the client's responsibility to communicate the change to all the relevant bodies; we provide the address and the mail handling.

What happens with notifications from the Tax Agency or Social Security?

Administrative notifications —including those from the AEAT and Social Security— are received, logged and notified immediately so that you can act within the legal deadlines. We especially recommend staying on top of the notices when the address is used as a tax address, since the deadlines for responding to requirements are short.

Can I change my Ibercenter centre if my company grows or changes its area of activity?

Yes. If at any point you prefer to move your domiciliation to the Azca centre (Castellana) or to Gran Vía, the change is processed without penalty. You only need to formalise the change of address before a notary and at the Commercial Registry, as with any change of registered office.
