A prestigious address in central Madrid for your tax and commercial activity, without paying the cost of a physical office. You choose the centre; we handle your mail and your calls.
Virtual office · Gran Vía Setting your company's business address in Madrid is more than registering an address: it is associating your brand with one of the most recognised business hubs in Europe. With Ibercenter you choose from three real addresses in the centre of the capital —Gran Vía 6, AZCA (Plaza Carlos Trías Bertrán 4) and Velázquez 157— and use it as your registered, tax and commercial address on deeds, invoices, website and business cards.
The service includes the receipt and handling of your mail and parcels, with notice when something important arrives and forwarding or collection as you prefer. You also add call answering with a Madrid number and call filtering, so that your company projects a solid image even if you work from home, outside the city or from another country.
We have been serving freelancers, SMEs and subsidiaries landing in Madrid since 1996. You do not need to rent a whole office to have a fully compliant Madrid address: you pay only for the domiciliation and, when you need to meet or work on site, you have rooms and offices by the hour at any of the three centres.
Registering a company's address in Madrid means far more than recording an address at the Commercial Registry. It means placing your business name in a postcode that conveys solvency, gaining access to professional mail handling and having a valid address before the Tax Agency, notaries, banks and any official body. At Ibercenter you can domicile your company using any of our three centres in Madrid as your registered, tax and commercial address: Velázquez 157 (Barrio de Salamanca), Plaza Carlos Trías Bertrán 4 (Azca, Castellana) or Gran Vía 6. Each one conveys a different profile, but all three offer the same management guarantee and the same legal backing.
The service includes the receipt and safekeeping of all mail arriving in your name, immediate notice by email or by any channel you prefer, and physical forwarding to the address you indicate when necessary. You can also collect items in person during reception hours (Monday to Friday, from 9 to 19h). Call answering is added to the package: a bilingual receptionist answers on behalf of your company, takes messages or redirects according to the instructions you have given, so your clients always perceive the image of an operational and accessible company.
This service is especially useful for freelancers who work from home and do not want to use their private address on official documents; for early-stage startups that need legal legitimacy without taking on the cost of an office; for foreign companies that open a subsidiary or branch in Spain and need a legal address in Madrid before deciding where to set up their team; and for professionals or consultancies that operate mainly remotely but require occasional physical presence for client meetings. In those cases, domiciliation clients have priority access to the meeting rooms by the hour, on special terms, at any of the centres.

Project an established company in the financial heart of Madrid.
Madrid is home to the headquarters of a large share of major companies and to virtually the whole of the central Administration, which makes an address in the centre an asset of image and of proximity to clients, advisers and public bodies. Our three centres are on the most representative axes: Gran Vía 6, in an Art Déco building with a terrace right in the centre; AZCA, next to Nuevos Ministerios and the Paseo de la Castellana, the city's financial district; and Velázquez 157, in the Barrio de Salamanca.
Choosing where to domicile your company in Madrid also carries a commercial message: an address on the Castellana speaks of finance and corporate life, one in Salamanca conveys prestige and premium treatment, and one on Gran Vía projects a dynamic, central brand. All three are less than five minutes from the metro and very well connected to stations, road access and the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport.
An address in the Barrio de Salamanca —such as Velázquez 157, 28002 Madrid— works as a signal of quality before investors, partners and potential clients. In a market where the first impression matters, presenting a company domiciled in the same area where the major law firms, wealth managers and multinational headquarters operate has a direct effect on the perception of solvency. For companies that work with international clients, having a recognisable address in Madrid facilitates the due diligence process and conveys stability from the very first contact.
Madrid as a city also offers practical advantages for domiciliation: it is the capital of the State, home to the central Tax Agency and to the main commercial registries and notaries with national coverage. Domiciling your company in Madrid simplifies many administrative procedures when your activity has national reach or when you work with clients or partners in other autonomous communities. Ibercenter, with centres on three of the city's most representative axes —Salamanca, Castellana and Gran Vía—, lets you choose the address profile that best fits your company's positioning.
Yes. You can use any of our three Madrid addresses —Gran Vía 6, AZCA or Velázquez 157— as your registered, tax and commercial address. It is valid for deeds, registration with the Tax Agency, invoices and notifications. We provide you with the documentation needed to formalise the domiciliation.
It includes the receipt and handling of your mail and parcels, with notice and forwarding or collection as you choose. You can add call answering with a Madrid number and call filtering, as well as occasional use of meeting rooms and offices by the hour at any of the three centres.
It depends on the image you want to project. AZCA, next to the Castellana and Nuevos Ministerios, fits financial and corporate profiles; Velázquez 157, in the Barrio de Salamanca, conveys prestige; and Gran Vía 6, in the centre, projects a dynamic brand. All three have the same legal validity.
No. Domiciliation is a standalone service: you pay only for the address and the associated handling, without renting an office. When you need to meet or work in person, you can book rooms or offices by the hour. For more details, call us on +34 914 184 518.
Yes. The address appears on the domiciliation contract we provide, and it is accepted as a registered office in incorporation deeds and in statutory amendments before a notary. It is the client's responsibility to communicate the change to all the relevant bodies; we provide the address and the mail handling.
Administrative notifications —including those from the AEAT and Social Security— are received, logged and notified immediately so that you can act within the legal deadlines. We especially recommend staying on top of the notices when the address is used as a tax address, since the deadlines for responding to requirements are short.
Yes. If at any point you prefer to move your domiciliation to the Azca centre (Castellana) or to Gran Vía, the change is processed without penalty. You only need to formalise the change of address before a notary and at the Commercial Registry, as with any change of registered office.
Yes. Domiciliation contracts at Ibercenter are flexible. You can activate the service whenever you need it and cancel it with reasonable notice, without penalties. This flexibility is especially valued by startups and projects in the validation phase.
