AzcaIbercenter's room pass is a bundle of prepaid hours you can use at any of our three locations in Madrid. Instead of paying for each booking separately, you buy a package of hours at a fixed price and draw them down as you go, for one-off meetings, training sessions or presentations throughout the month.
It's the option designed for anyone who needs a room in Madrid fairly often but without a fixed schedule: sales teams meeting clients in the city centre, firms running training sessions, or professionals working remotely who only need a professional space a few days a week. The pass gives you flexibility of date and location without tying you to a permanent rental.
Every room is delivered ready to use: high-speed internet connection, screen or projector, water and the furniture layout you request. If the event calls for it, we arrange a tailored setup, catering and a reception service for your attendees.
Ibercenter's room pass (bono de salas) is designed for businesses and professionals who need meeting or training space in Madrid on a regular basis but cannot predict the exact schedule in advance. You purchase a block of prepaid hours and draw them down whenever you need a room — meeting room, training classroom or event space — across any of the three Ibercenter centres in Madrid: Gran Vía 6 (city centre), Plaza Carlos Trías Bertrán 4 (Azca) and Velázquez 157 (Salamanca). The hours are held in your account and confirmed by booking, with no fixed commitment to specific dates or locations until you are ready to use them.
Every room booking made with the pass includes the same professional setup you would receive on a standard hourly booking: 10 Gbps fibre Wi-Fi, climate control, bilingual reception (Spanish and English) Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., HDMI and AV connectivity, and whiteboard or flipchart where applicable. Meeting rooms across the network seat between 6 and 16 people; the Gran Vía training classroom and Azca's larger rooms (which include configurations for classroom and theatre layouts up to 100 people) are available for high-headcount events and training days. Catering — coffee service, working lunches, afternoon refreshments — can be requested at booking or up to 48 hours in advance.
The pass is particularly cost-effective for organisations that run monthly team reviews, quarterly strategy sessions, client presentations, and occasional training days: instead of paying ad-hoc rates each time, the prepaid block gives you a lower effective hourly rate and eliminates the administrative overhead of raising a new purchase order for every booking. For businesses domiciled or coworking at Ibercenter, pass rates are further reduced under the preferential client tariff. Hours are booked by WhatsApp (+34 659 426 817), phone or online, and confirmation is typically same-day for requests made in advance.

Booking rooms in central Madrid has one clear advantage: your meetings sit just steps from the city's main business arteries and are easy to reach for anyone coming from out of town. A single pass gives you access to three landmark locations: Gran Vía 6, in the heart of the Centro district in an Art Déco building with a terrace; AZCA, at Plaza Carlos Trías Bertrán 4, next to the Castellana and Nuevos Ministerios, our largest venue and the most versatile for events; and Velázquez 157, in the Barrio de Salamanca.
This coverage lets you choose the most convenient location for each appointment without giving up the hours you've already purchased. Training for twenty people can be held at AZCA, a discreet meeting with a client at Velázquez and a presentation with views on the Gran Vía terrace, all drawn from the same pass. All three locations are under a five-minute walk from the metro.
The value of a multi-location room pass lies in the flexibility to place each booking where it is most convenient for the participants involved. Ibercenter's three Madrid centres span the city's key business corridors: Gran Vía 6 is the most accessible point in central Madrid, one minute from Gran Vía metro (lines 1 and 5) and ten minutes from Atocha AVE, making it ideal for cross-city or cross-country meetings; Azca on the Castellana serves the northern financial and corporate district with 400-plus parking spaces on site; and Velázquez 157 in Salamanca is the address of choice for meetings in the east of the city or for clients whose offices are in the Salamanca or Retiro area.
Using the pass across all three locations also means that when the profile of a meeting changes — a small internal review one week, a 40-person training day the next — the right-sized room is available without leaving the Ibercenter network. Madrid's metro system connects all three centres efficiently: the journey between Gran Vía and Azca via line 10 (Nuevos Ministerios) takes around 12 minutes, and Gran Vía to Velázquez via lines 1 and 4 is similarly direct. This network-wide flexibility is what distinguishes a room pass from a single-venue booking arrangement.
Yes. A single pass is valid at Gran Vía 6, AZCA and Velázquez 157, so you choose whichever location suits you best for each booking. Just tell us where you'd like the room when you book and we deduct the hours from your available balance.
The minimum booking unit is one hour, so the pass adapts to both short meetings and full training days. For full-day events we prepare a quote and a tailored setup at the location of your choice.
Each room is delivered with high-speed internet, a screen or projector, water and the furniture layout you need. On request, we add catering, attendee reception and the specific setup for training sessions or presentations.
For large groups, events or training, AZCA is the usual choice, at Plaza Carlos Trías Bertrán 4, our largest venue and the best connected via Nuevos Ministerios. Call us on +34 914 184 518 and we'll advise you based on capacity and the type of setup.
Pass hours are valid for a defined period from the date of purchase — the exact validity window depends on the specific pass purchased. Our team will confirm the expiry terms when you enquire, and we recommend planning your expected usage across the period to make the most of the prepaid hours. If you use rooms frequently, a larger block with a longer validity is usually the most economical option.
Yes. A company pass can be used by any authorised member of your team, not just the account holder. This makes it well suited to businesses where different departments or project teams book rooms independently — the hours are pooled against a single account, simplifying billing and avoiding the need for each team to manage separate bookings.
The minimum booking is one hour. There is no requirement to book for a full half-day or full day, which makes the pass flexible for short client meetings, one-hour briefings or quick team check-ins. Longer bookings for training days or multi-session events simply draw the corresponding number of hours from the pass balance.
Standard AV equipment — projection screen or TV, HDMI connectivity, whiteboard and Wi-Fi — is included in the room rate. Specialist equipment such as external microphones, teleconferencing systems or additional screens may carry a supplementary charge depending on the room and the configuration required. Confirm your technical requirements at the time of booking so everything is in place before your session.
