Azca99 m²Our training rooms in AZCA are designed so that you can deliver courses, technical sessions or onboarding sessions without worrying about the logistics. We set up each room in classroom, U-shape or theatre depending on the format of your activity, with capacity for up to 70 attendees and furniture that adapts to small groups or full gatherings.
Each training room includes a projector or screen, fibre internet and wifi, a whiteboard and individual climate control. The reception service welcomes your students, manages accreditations and takes care of the catering and coffee breaks, so that all you have to do is deliver.
We work with flexible bookings: a morning, a full day or a programme lasting several weeks. If your training is recurring, we always prepare the same room for you with the layout you need, and you have adjoining offices and meeting rooms for tutorials or group work.
Ibercenter's training rooms in AZCA are in the building at Plaza Carlos Trías Bertrán 4, in the heart of Madrid's financial district. For years the centre has been the usual choice of consultancies, corporate training departments, business schools and public bodies that need a space with professional equipment, good accessibility and booking flexibility. There is no commitment to hire the space by the month here: you can book the room by the hour, by the half day or by the full day, according to what you really need.
AZCA brings together more than twenty rooms and training rooms with capacities ranging from 4 to 100 people. For training, the most requested range is between 12 and 70 attendees, with a classroom setup —tables and chairs facing the trainer— or a U-shape for group working activities. The equipment in each training room includes a high-resolution screen or projector, an audio system with table and lapel microphones, a whiteboard and access to the building's fibre. The temperature of each room is regulated independently, which avoids the common problem of buildings where the central air conditioning does not respond to the needs of each space.
The bilingual reception staff (ES/EN/FR) are on duty Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 and take care of welcoming attendees, managing access and resolving any technical incident during the session. If the training includes breaks, you can arrange coffee-and-pastry breaks or working lunches served directly in the booked space.
