What we offer

Train your team in the financial heart of Madrid

Our training classrooms in AZCA are designed so you can run courses, technical sessions or onboarding days without worrying about the logistics. We set up each room in classroom, U-shape or theatre layout to match the format of your activity, with capacity for up to 60 attendees and furniture that adapts to small groups or full enrolments.

Every classroom includes a projector or screen, high-speed wired internet and wifi, a whiteboard and individual climate control. Our reception team welcomes your participants, manages accreditations and takes care of catering and coffee breaks, so all you have to do is teach.

We work with flexible bookings: a single morning, a full day or a programme spanning several weeks. If your training is recurring, we always set up the same room with the layout you need, and you have adjoining offices and meeting rooms available for tutorials or group work.

Ibercenter AZCA occupies 3,800 m² across two floors at Plaza Carlos Trías Bertrán 4, 28020 Madrid — in the financial district that bears its name, bounded by the Castellana and steps from the Santiago Bernabéu. Training classrooms here are designed from the ground up for professional learning: flexible furniture that enables multiple room configurations, dedicated projection and audio infrastructure, and connectivity that keeps digital course materials, streaming and collaborative platforms running without hesitation. Whether you are delivering an accredited certification, an internal onboarding programme or a technical upskilling course, the classrooms in AZCA provide the physical and technological conditions that enable effective learning.

The training classrooms at Ibercenter AZCA accommodate groups from 8 participants in a focused workshop setting up to 100 attendees in theatre layout. Classroom configuration — the standard row-and-table arrangement — serves structured, instructor-led courses where participants follow a fixed curriculum and take notes. U-shape promotes dialogue and is the preferred layout for facilitated workshops, team-development sessions and coaching intensives. Theatre rows maximise headcount for conference-style training, awareness days and large-format presentations. All rooms are equipped with a high-definition projector or screen, audio system, whiteboard or flip chart, individual climate control and 10 Gbps fibre connectivity. Rooms are available by the hour or by the day, every weekday from 09:00 to 19:00, with no compulsory minimum that forces you to book more time than your programme requires.

The bilingual reception team (Spanish and English) manages participant welcome and general logistics throughout the day. Catering — from coffee stations at the door to full working-lunch packages — can be coordinated when you book, keeping your timetable intact. The AZCA building's 400-plus public parking spaces eliminate the parking problem that makes many central Madrid venues impractical for large groups arriving by car. A hotel and gym within the same complex allow multi-day residential programmes to be based entirely at this address. Training companies running recurring courses at Ibercenter AZCA qualify for preferential rates, making the centre an economically sensible home for your ongoing training calendar.

The area

AZCA in detail

AZCA is Madrid's leading office hub, home to banking headquarters, consultancies and tech firms on both sides of the Paseo de la Castellana. Hosting your training here means offering your participants a prestigious address that is easy to find and perfectly connected from across the city and from outside Madrid.

Our centre at Plaza Carlos Trías Bertrán 4, next to the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, is surrounded by hotels, restaurants and public car parks, making it easy for speakers and participants travelling from other provinces or staying nearby during a multi-day course to attend.

AZCA is Madrid's most prominent financial district, a cluster of major corporate towers and headquarters concentrated on either side of the Castellana between Nuevos Ministerios and Cuzco. Running a training course in AZCA places your event at the centre of the city's commercial activity, a location that communicates seriousness and professionalism to participants before they even enter the building. The district is surrounded by high-quality restaurants and business services that make full-day training logistics straightforward, and the density of professional firms in the immediate area means that attendees from Madrid's corporate world are rarely more than a short taxi or metro ride away.

Transport access is the defining practical advantage of the AZCA location. Santiago Bernabéu metro station (Line 10) is a two-minute walk from the centre's entrance, while Nuevos Ministerios — five minutes south — provides Lines 6, 8 and 10 and Cercanías regional rail services on lines C1, C3 and C4. These connections give participants routes from Atocha, Chamartín, the airport and all points on the north-south metro axis, most without changing lines. Barajas Terminal 4 is approximately 22 minutes by taxi, ensuring that trainers and delegates travelling from other Spanish cities can join programmes without losing half the day to travel.

FAQ

What people ask
before booking.

How many attendees fit in the AZCA training classrooms?

+

Our classrooms at the AZCA centre hold up to 60 attendees in theatre layout. For more interactive courses we set them up in classroom or U-shape, which reduces capacity but improves comfort. We advise you on the ideal setup based on the number of participants and the type of activity.

Can I rent the classroom for just a few hours or a morning?

+

Yes. You can book by the hour, half-day, full day or for programmes running several weeks. If you deliver recurring training, we reserve the same classroom with your usual layout so you never have to reconfigure it each time.

What equipment do the classrooms include?

+

Each classroom comes with a projector or screen, high-speed wired internet and wifi, a whiteboard, individual climate control and reconfigurable furniture. We add a microphone, flip chart or whatever material your course needs, and we handle catering and coffee breaks.

How do my participants get to the AZCA centre?

+

The centre is at Plaza Carlos Trías Bertrán 4, about 2 minutes from Santiago Bernabéu metro (L10) and 5 from Nuevos Ministerios, with Cercanías trains connecting the whole region. There is a public car park in the building itself, very handy for speakers and groups arriving by car.

What is the maximum group size for a training classroom in AZCA?

+

The largest rooms at Ibercenter AZCA hold up to 100 participants in theatre layout. For classroom or U-shape training arrangements, rooms accommodate up to 60 participants, with smaller dedicated rooms for more focused groups of 8 or more.

Can I book a training classroom for a multi-day course in AZCA?

+

Yes. Multi-day bookings are available and are common for certification programmes, onboarding cohorts and modular courses. We can hold the same room across consecutive days or across recurring weekly sessions — contact us to plan the schedule.

Is there technical support available during the training session?

+

The reception team carries out a technical check at the start of each session and is available throughout operational hours (08:00–20:00) if any issue arises. For complex technical setups, let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

Are preferential rates available for training companies that book regularly?

+

Yes. Companies and training providers that use Ibercenter AZCA on a recurring basis receive preferential rates. Get in touch via WhatsApp at +34 659 426 817 to discuss a programme that fits your training calendar.
