Equipped training rooms next to Cuzco

If you are looking for somewhere to deliver a course or a workshop in the Cuzco area, our AZCA centre offers training rooms ready to go so all you have to think about is your content. They are located at Plaza Carlos Trías Bertrán 4, right on the Castellana axis, with immediate access from Cuzco metro (L10) and the rest of the area's transport hub.

Each classroom is handed over ready to use: projector or screen, high-speed internet connection, furniture you can reconfigure in U-shape, classroom or island layouts, and a whiteboard. We adapt the setup to your session format, whether it is a lecture, a hands-on workshop or a team-building activity.

Book by the hour, for a full day or for several days, with clear rates and full flexibility. We include a reception team that welcomes your attendees, coffee service and catering on request, and technical support throughout the session so nothing interrupts the training.

Ibercenter AZCA is situated at Plaza Carlos Trías Bertrán 4, 28020 Madrid, a short walk from Cuzco metro station and directly within the AZCA financial zone on the Castellana. The training rooms at this centre are designed for the full range of professional learning formats: instructor-led courses, hands-on workshops, team development days and certification programmes. The building covers 3,800 m² across two floors and offers more than 20 rooms in varying sizes, all with the layout flexibility that serious training delivery demands.

Training rooms in Cuzco at Ibercenter seat groups from 8 participants up to 100 attendees. For courses requiring participants to take notes and follow a structured syllabus, classroom layout — rows of tables facing the trainer and projection screen — is the standard choice. U-shape configuration increases interactivity, making it ideal for facilitated workshops, soft-skills programmes and group problem-solving sessions. Theatre layout maximises capacity for keynote presentations, awareness sessions or large-group briefings. Equipment in every room includes a high-definition projector or large screen, audio system, whiteboard or flip chart, and reliable access to the building's 10 Gbps fibre network. Rooms are bookable by the hour or by the day, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00.

Support from Ibercenter's bilingual reception team (Spanish and English) covers participant welcome, direction and registration throughout the day. Catering can be arranged for coffee breaks and working lunches, keeping your programme tight without asking participants to leave the building. The same building hosts a hotel and a gym — an obvious advantage for multi-day residential programmes — and over 400 public parking spaces make the venue equally practical for attendees who drive. Trainers and training companies running repeat courses benefit from preferential rates that make Ibercenter a sustainable operational base rather than just an occasional external venue.

The area

Cuzco in detail

Cuzco is one of Madrid's best-connected corporate hubs: it surrounds the AZCA complex and the Paseo de la Castellana, brings together the head offices of major companies, and offers hotels and dining to support any training day. Gathering your attendees here makes it easy for them to arrive on time from anywhere in the city.

Our AZCA centre sits right on the Castellana, next to the Santiago Bernabéu stadium and a step from Cuzco metro station. That central location, together with parking in the building itself and the proximity of the Nuevos Ministerios interchange, makes these classrooms a convenient choice for in-house training, certifications or courses open to the public.

Cuzco is positioned at the northern end of the Castellana business corridor, where the high-density commercial towers of AZCA give way to a slightly more open urban fabric before the road continues toward the northern ring. Organising training in this zone means placing your course in an environment already associated with professional activity, which helps participants arrive in the right frame of mind. The surrounding streets offer a wide range of restaurants and cafés suited to working lunches and informal follow-up conversations, and the neighbourhood is well served by business hotels for multi-day courses with out-of-town participants.

From a transport perspective, Cuzco metro station on Line 10 provides direct access from the centre and south of Madrid, with the entire metro journey from Sol taking under 15 minutes. Nuevos Ministerios, five minutes south of the venue, adds Lines 6 and 8 plus the Cercanías C1, C3 and C4 regional rail services, enabling participants to arrive directly from the main rail hubs at Atocha and Chamartín. For those driving from the Madrid region or further afield, the 400-plus parking spaces in the building's own car park remove any uncertainty about where to leave the vehicle.
