The centre occupies two floors at Plaza Carlos Trías Bertrán 4, within the AZCA complex: more than 70 offices of different sizes, spacious common areas, meeting and training rooms, and a building that shares services with the Canopy by Hilton Hotel and a public car park with more than 400 spaces. It is our largest centre and the one best recognised by clients in the financial sector.

Each office arrives furnished and operational from day one: ergonomic furniture, fibre, zoned climate control, daily cleaning, a bilingual reception that handles your calls and visitors, and mail handling, all in a single fixed monthly fee. Forget high deposits, building works, utility connections and scattered invoices: the model is all-inclusive and transparency is total.

There is space for every stage: from an individual office for a freelancer or a professional who receives clients, to offices for full teams or the Madrid branch of a foreign company.
