Azca99 m²In Madrid you don't always need a permanent office: sometimes all you need is a well-prepared room for a couple of hours to close a deal, present to a client or gather the team. Room rental in Madrid by the hour solves exactly that: at Ibercenter we rent meeting rooms at three centres in the centre of Madrid, all less than five minutes from the metro, so you can arrive, work and leave with no strings attached.
Each room is equipped with a screen or monitor for presentations, a high-speed internet connection, climate control and a coffee and water service. You choose the centre that best connects you with your appointments in Madrid (Gran Vía 6 right in the Centre, AZCA next to the Castellana or Velázquez 157 in the Barrio de Salamanca) and book only the time you are going to use.
Forget noisy cafés or improvising an important meeting. We give you a professional space, with a reception that welcomes your guests, in one of the best-connected locations in the city and with clear hourly prices and no hidden costs.
Room rental by the hour in Madrid responds to a real need: it does not always make sense to pay for a full day when the meeting lasts two hours. Ibercenter sees it that way and lets you book its rooms for exactly the time you need, with no unreasonable minimums and without paying for time you are not going to use. At the Velázquez 157 centre (Barrio de Salamanca) you have two rooms: one for groups of 4 to 6 people and another for up to 12, both equipped and bookable in time slots from first thing in the morning until 20:00. For larger-capacity needs, the AZCA centre has more than 20 rooms with capacity for up to 100 people, also by the hour.
What does the hourly booking include? The essentials are covered: a screen or projector, video conferencing equipment, a whiteboard, fibre and climate control. Coffee can be added as an extra service at the time of booking, as can catering if the meeting includes a working lunch. The centre's bilingual reception —in Spanish and English— welcomes your guests and accompanies them to the room, which lets you focus on the meeting from the moment you arrive. If participants arrive by car, the Velázquez 157 building's own parking removes the problem of finding a space in the area.
For those who repeat the format frequently —independent trainers, consultancies, law firms, sales teams— hour passes are the most efficient option. They work as a package of prepaid hours at a preferential rate: each time you book, the hours are deducted from the pass. They do not expire the following month or force you to use them at a single centre. The result is a way to have a room available in Madrid without the fixed costs of an office or the uncertainty of finding free space at the last minute.
Meeting rooms bookable by the hour, including same-day.
Welcome clients and partners in a polished setting, not in a café.
Screen, HD video conferencing and a high-speed connection in every room.
From meetings of 2-4 people to boards of 16 attendees.
Coffee break and water included or on request depending on the format.
Less than 5 minutes from the metro, easy for all attendees.
Madrid packs business meetings into very few kilometres: from the Castellana financial axis to the shops and offices of the Barrio de Salamanca, by way of the institutional heart of Gran Vía. Having your hourly meeting rooms spread across these three areas means you will always have a centre a metro ride from the appointment, without crossing the city or wrestling with parking.
Our three centres are designed to receive clients in Madrid with a good first impression: buildings with character, a staffed reception and rooms ready to plug in your laptop and get started. If the meeting runs on or you need a second space, the team at each centre helps you extend the booking or change rooms on the spot.
Madrid is a city where mobility matters. That is why Ibercenter's three centres are in areas with direct public transport access. Velázquez 157 is 5 minutes from República Argentina metro (L6) and 6 minutes from Avenida de América (L4/L6/L7/L9), with Recoletos Cercanías 12 minutes away and Barajas T4 20 minutes away. The AZCA centre has access from L10 and Nuevos Ministerios Cercanías, plus more than 400 parking spaces. And Gran Vía 6 is surrounded by several of the busiest metro lines in the centre.
Meeting in the Barrio de Salamanca, in AZCA or on Gran Vía is not only convenient in terms of transport: each area has an identity that can add to the image you convey. The Barrio de Salamanca, elegant and quiet, is perfect for high-level meetings where the setting reinforces the message. AZCA is the natural territory of large corporations. And Gran Vía, with its central energy and maximum accessibility, works for any kind of gathering. At Ibercenter, with a single point of contact —WhatsApp +34 659 426 817— you access all three options.
You can book a meeting room from just one hour. If you need half a day or the full day, we also have block rates. You only pay for the time you book.
All the rooms have a screen or monitor for presentations, a high-speed internet connection and climate control. Depending on the room, you may also have video conferencing and a whiteboard. Tell us what you need when booking and we get the room ready.
You have three options in the centre: Gran Vía 6 (Centro), AZCA at Plaza Carlos Trías Bertrán 4 (Castellana / Nuevos Ministerios) and Velázquez 157 (Barrio de Salamanca). All three are less than five minutes from the metro, so choose the one closest to your appointment.
Yes. The reception at each centre welcomes your guests and accompanies them to the room. The coffee and water service is included, and we can prepare catering for longer meetings if you request it in advance. Call +34 914 184 518 to arrange it.
At the Velázquez centre the usual minimum booking time is one hour. If you need a specific slot —for example, 90 minutes or two and a half hours— ask when booking and we will adjust it to your actual need.
The terms of the hour passes vary by package. Ask us directly on WhatsApp (+34 659 426 817) or by phone to find out the available passes, current rates and whether any validity conditions apply.
Yes. If you need a fixed time —for example, every Tuesday from 10:00 to 12:00— we can look at it as a recurring booking. Contact the Velázquez team to assess availability and the terms for regular bookings.
Coffee is not included by default in the hourly rental rate, but it can be added as an extra service when booking. It is also possible to arrange a full catering service for working meetings with lunch.
Tell us what you need and we reply within 24 hours with real availability and a closed price.
