Each room comes with standard equipment included: a high-resolution projector or screen, a video conferencing system, a whiteboard, a connection to the centre's fibre and adjustable climate control. The centre's bilingual reception (ES/EN/FR) takes care of welcoming your attendees and accompanying them to the room, which frees the organiser from the logistical load and projects a very professional image to the participants. The rooms are available Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, with the option to extend for special events.
