At Ibercenter Gran Vía we rent rooms in Madrid Centre designed so that your meeting, your training session or your event goes well without you having to worry about the logistics. You choose the hours you need —two hours, half a day or the full day— and we take care of the rest: layout, audiovisual equipment and attention throughout the session.

We are at Gran Vía 6, a 1922 Art Déco flagship building with its own terrace, a step from Puerta del Sol and Callao. It is an address that your clients, collaborators or attendees find first time and reach by metro from anywhere in the city, without getting lost or hunting for parking.

We adapt each room to its use: a U-shape for working meetings, classroom or theatre format for training and presentations, or an open configuration for a corporate event. The screen, projector and fibre connection are ready before you arrive.

When we talk about Madrid Centre as an area to rent a room, we are talking about maximum accessibility for any attendee, wherever they come from. Ibercenter's centre at Gran Vía 6 is literally in the heart of the centre: one minute from Gran Vía metro, three from Callao and about ten minutes from Atocha AVE station. For meetings and training with attendees from different parts of Madrid or from other cities, there is no more convenient location. The meeting and training rooms hold groups of 6 to 16 people and are prepared with a whiteboard and projection to suit your activity.

Booking works with no long-term commitments: you choose the hours you need, tell us the type of layout (boardroom, horseshoe, theatre, classroom) and the reception team prepares the space before you arrive. If the meeting runs on, you can extend the booking on the spot as long as the room is available. For multi-day training sessions, there is the option to block-book the room in advance at the full-day price. The building has 24/7 access with a digital key for those who need to start before 8:00 or finish after 20:00.

One of the less visible but very practical advantages of the Gran Vía centre is the indoor meeting point: a lounge space where your attendees can wait, have a coffee and mingle before entering the room. For events with a social element, the outdoor terrace makes it possible to organise a break or open-air networking without moving attendees out of the building. The bilingual reception (ES/EN/FR) handles the welcome and any logistical incident during the event.
