At Ibercenter Gran Vía we rent rooms in Madrid Center designed so that your meeting, your training session or your event goes smoothly without you having to worry about the logistics. We adapt each room to its use: U-shaped layout for working meetings, classroom or theatre format for training sessions and presentations, or an open configuration for a corporate event. Screen, projector, connectivity and catering are ready before you arrive.

Ibercenter Gran Vía sits at Gran Vía 6, 28013 Madrid — arguably the most central and recognisable address you can give your guests. The building is a 1922 Art Déco landmark, one minute from Metro Gran Vía (lines 1 and 5), six minutes on foot from Cercanías Sol and ten minutes from AVE high-speed rail at Atocha. In practical terms, that means any participant travelling from within Madrid or arriving from another Spanish city can reach your meeting or training session without needing a map.

The meeting rooms at Gran Vía 6 accommodate groups of 6 to 16 people. They are equipped with large display screens, 10 Gbps Wi-Fi, HDMI connectivity and climate control as standard. The training classroom is specifically configured for instructor-led sessions, with a whiteboard, individual workstations and a screen setup designed for participants who need to follow slides and take notes simultaneously. For events that need more than a closed room, the building's private outdoor terrace is available — it is one of the few genuine open-air event spaces attached to a business centre in central Madrid.

Ibercenter also operates at two further Madrid addresses: Azca (Plaza Carlos Trías Bertrán 4, the northern financial district) with more than twenty rooms accommodating groups of up to 100 people, and Velázquez 157 in the Salamanca district.
