Azca99 m²If you are looking for somewhere to run a course, a workshop or an onboarding session near Nuevos Ministerios, our rooms at the AZCA centre sort out your day with everything set up: projection, connectivity and furniture that adapts to the actual number of attendees. You arrive, connect and get started.
We set up each room according to the format you need: classroom for lectures, U-shape for interactive sessions or workgroup tables for group activities. With capacity for up to 70 people, they suit both internal team training and an open client event.
The rental is flexible: a morning, a full day or several weeks of a training programme, from €140/day. We help you with the logistics of coffees, meals and attendee reception so that all you have to do is deliver.
For delivering training in the Nuevos Ministerios area, Ibercenter AZCA offers equipped rooms at Plaza Carlos Trías Bertrán 4, five minutes from the interchange. The training rooms are sized for groups of 12 to 70 attendees in a classroom layout and up to 100 in a theatre layout, covering both small specialised workshops and larger-scale training days for entire departments or external clients.
The room is handed over with the layout agreed at the time of booking. The most common layout for training is the classic classroom —single or double desks with chairs facing the trainer and the screen— although it can also be set up in a U-shape for sessions with more group participation or with workgroup tables. The standard equipment comprises a high-brightness screen or projector, an audio system with table and lapel microphones, video conferencing for remote attendees, a whiteboard and flip charts, and access to fibre. Climate control operates independently in each room.
One of the aspects most valued by training managers is the presence of the reception team throughout the day: they welcome attendees, manage access —especially useful when the group arrives in several waves—, resolve minor technical issues and coordinate catering breaks without interrupting the session. If you run several training days a year, ask about the preferential terms for clients with an office or a business address at the centre.
Spacious, modular rooms for courses, workshops and corporate training.
Tables, chairs and whiteboard ready. We change the layout to match your programme.
Projector, screen, PA system and a connection for your trainer or speaker.
Coffee breaks and lunches coordinated for full days.
A one-off session or a recurring training calendar.
Accreditation and welcome of attendees on your behalf.
Nuevos Ministerios is one of Madrid's major transport hubs and a highly recognisable area for gathering attendees who come from all over the city or from the airport. Three metro lines, the Cercanías commuter rail and the direct connection with Barajas make it easy to arrange a group here without anyone getting lost. Our AZCA centre is about a five-minute walk away, right in the financial district.
Choosing this area for your training room looks good and saves explanations: it sits on the Paseo de la Castellana, next to AZCA and a step from the Santiago Bernabéu, with hotels, restaurants and parking all around. Attendees coming from out of town have somewhere to stay and eat without leaving the area, and arriving by public transport is direct for almost anyone.
Nuevos Ministerios holds a central position in Madrid's transport network that no other interchange north of the Paseo de la Castellana can match: metro lines 6, 8 and 10, plus Cercanías C1, C3 and C4, converge at a single point that makes attendance easy for people coming from Atocha, the southern outskirts, the towns of the Henares corridor or Barajas airport itself. That means scheduling training at AZCA does not force your attendees to make complicated transfers.
The AZCA centre is embedded in the Castellana's financial environment, surrounded by corporate headquarters that make this area a recognised address with professional credibility. For attendees arriving by car, the building's public car park with more than four hundred spaces solves one of the biggest problems of any in-person event in Madrid. From Barajas airport T4 the taxi journey takes approximately twenty-two minutes, which makes it viable to bring in speakers or participants from outside the city.
Nuevos Ministerios is one of the most important business areas in Madrid: right on the Castellana financial axis and home to the city's largest transport interchange, with major corporations and every service within reach.
