Azca99 m²When you organise a course, the last thing you want is to waste time with cables that don't fit, a screen you can't see or a wifi that drops mid-session. Our training rooms in Bernabéu arrive sorted: projection or screen, fibre connection, climate control and furniture that reconfigures depending on whether you need a working table, a U-shape or theatre layout.
The AZCA centre is at Plaza Carlos Trías Bertrán 4, within the AZCA complex and right on the Castellana. For your attendees, getting there is easy: they get off at Santiago Bernabéu and within a couple of minutes they are in the room. That reduces absences and delays, something you notice when you gather a group coming from different parts of Madrid.
You book only what you use, by the hour or for the full day, and you can complement the training with a coffee service, attendee reception and support from the centre team. If your course runs every month, we provide you with the same terms so that logistics stop being a recurring problem.
Finding a training room next to the Santiago Bernabéu that combines technology, comfort and good accessibility is no easy task in Madrid. Ibercenter AZCA solves this with more than twenty rooms at Plaza Carlos Trías Bertrán 4, barely five hundred metres from the stadium. The training rooms in Bernabéu are designed so the trainer can concentrate on the content and attendees on learning, with no logistical distractions.
The training rooms are configured in a classroom layout —tables and chairs in rows facing the speaker— or in a U-shape for more interactive sessions. Depending on the group, you can choose spaces with capacity from 12 to 70 attendees in training format, or up to 100 people if the event requires a theatre layout for a conference or presentation. The standard equipment includes a high-brightness projector or LED screen, table and lapel microphones, a video conferencing system to connect remote participants, a whiteboard and flip charts, and a connection to the building's fibre. The air conditioning is independent in each room to keep everyone comfortable even if the day runs on for several hours.
The bilingual reception service (ES/EN/FR) takes care of welcoming your students and directing them to the room, which is especially useful when the group arrives in stages or when some of the attendees are not familiar with the facilities. If the training lasts all day, you can add breaks with coffee, water and fruit to keep concentration up. The room booking is confirmed at least one working day in advance, although in many cases it is possible to handle urgent requests at a few hours' notice if there is availability.

Bernabéu is one of the most recognisable addresses in Madrid and that works in favour of any training event. The area around the stadium and AZCA concentrates corporate headquarters, consultancies and firms, so it is common for speakers and students to already know the area and move around it with ease. Inviting your group "next to the Santiago Bernabéu" conveys seriousness and is located without any need for explanation.
In addition, the combination of metro, Cercanías and parking in the building itself sorts out the journey however each attendee arrives. After the day, the range of restaurants on the Paseo de la Castellana and at El Corte Inglés de Castellana makes working meals or an informal close to the course easy without leaving the neighbourhood.
The Bernabéu area is one of the most recognisable spots in Madrid for anyone visiting the city, which makes giving directions to your students or invited speakers enormously easier. The AZCA centre is located on the block formed by the Castellana and the streets of the AZCA financial district, less than a kilometre from the stadium and in the heart of the densest business area in the capital.
Public transport accessibility is a solid argument for choosing this location when you deliver training to large groups: Santiago Bernabéu metro (line 10) is a two-minute walk away, and Nuevos Ministerios —with connections to lines 6, 8 and 10 and to the Cercanías trains C1, C3 and C4— is five minutes away. For attendees who prefer the car, the building has more than four hundred public parking spaces, avoiding the usual problem of parking at such a busy hub. From Barajas T4 the taxi journey takes approximately twenty-two minutes.
Bernabéu is one of the most important business areas in Madrid: next to the Castellana financial axis, with major corporations, excellent transport connections and every service within reach.
