Your dog keeps you company the whole day, with your sign on the door and total privacy.
Each office arrives furnished and operational from day one: fibre internet, climate control, cleaning, bilingual reception (Spanish, English and French) and access to meeting rooms, all in a single monthly fee from €750/month. You only bring your laptop and your pet.
Choose the site by area and by what you need. Gran Vía 6, in a 1922 Art Déco building with its own terrace, places you in the most recognisable centre of Madrid, one minute from the metro. Azca, in the financial district next to the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, is the largest centre, with 3,800 m², 72 offices and more than 400 public parking spaces in the building, ideal if you come by car with the dog. Velázquez 157, in Barrio de Salamanca, offers discretion, its own parking and a premium image for welcoming clients.
We work with flexible contracts, so you can start with the office you need today and expand it when your team grows, within the same building or by moving site. It is the flexible alternative to a traditional office lease, with the advantage that your pet comes in with you.
All three sites share the same included services: furniture, fibre internet, climate control, daily cleaning, bilingual reception (ES/EN/FR) Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, mail handling and access with a digital key 24 hours a day. For daily walks, each area has its options: Gran Vía has the building's own terrace and the Jardines de Sabatini; Azca sits next to the Paseo de la Castellana; and Velázquez, in Barrio de Salamanca, offers wide, quiet streets and nearby green spaces. Around all three there are veterinary clinics and pet shops just a few minutes away.
