Each room adapts to the reason for your gathering: a closed table for a negotiation, a classroom layout for training or an open arrangement for an event or presentation. We change the layout to suit what you need, without you having to move chairs or wrestle with cables.
The equipment is sorted: screen or projector, fibre internet connection and climate control. You concentrate on your meeting; the centre's reception team takes care of the rest, welcoming your guests and accompanying them to the room.
Ibercenter Gran Vía's rooms are the most convenient option for anyone organising meetings or training around Chueca: Gran Vía 6 is barely a five-minute walk from the neighbourhood, which makes our centre the natural meeting point for teams and attendees arriving from that area. We have meeting and training rooms with a capacity of 6 to 16 people, configurable in boardroom, horseshoe or theatre layout depending on the type of event. Each space has audiovisual equipment, a fibre connection and climate control.
Booking is completely flexible: you can hire the room by the odd hour, half a day or the full day. If you are organising a one-off working meeting you don't pay for more time than you need; if you are preparing an eight-hour training day, the space is yours all day. The bilingual reception team (ES/EN/FR) prepares the room in advance according to your brief: projector on, connections tested and everything ready before the first session.
A distinctive asset of the Gran Vía centre is the outdoor terrace overlooking Gran Vía, available for events: product presentations, outdoor team building or networking sessions between training sessions. It is an unusual space in central Madrid and much valued by those who want to separate the working moment from the moment of relationship-building with their team or clients. The centre also has an indoor meeting point for breaks.

Our Gran Vía centre is right next to the neighbourhood, in a 1922 Art Déco building with its own terrace overlooking Gran Vía. From Plaza de Chueca you can walk there in a few minutes, so you can combine a well-equipped room with the area's cafés and restaurants for breaks or to round off the day.
Chueca is one of the most vibrant and well-connected neighbourhoods in central Madrid. Its transport network is excellent: Chueca metro (L5) connects the neighbourhood with the rest of the city, and from Gran Vía (L1/L5), a step from our centre, you can reach any point in the centre.
