Gran Vía 6 is the address of Ibercenter's flagship centre in Madrid — a 1922 Art Déco building that offers some of the most sought-after meeting and event space in the city centre. The meeting rooms here are designed for professional use: capacities range from 6 to 16 people in flexible configurations, every room is equipped with a large display screen, 10 Gbps wireless internet and HDMI connectivity, and the building's own private outdoor terrace is available for events that warrant an open-air setting above one of Europe's most famous streets.
Rooms can be arranged in a boardroom layout for formal presentations, negotiations or board-level meetings; in a classroom layout with individual desks and a whiteboard for training sessions and workshops; or in a theatre configuration for talks or screenings. The training room specifically features a projector screen and whiteboard combination that supports interactive facilitation techniques. All configurations are set up by the on-site team before your session starts — you arrive to a room that is ready, with AV tested and temperature controlled.
Bookings at Gran Vía 6 run by the hour or by the full day, with no minimum session length. A bilingual reception team in Spanish and English is on-site from 09:00 to 19:00 on weekdays to welcome your guests, manage arrivals and assist with any last-minute needs. The Metro Gran Vía station (lines 1 and 5) is a one-minute walk from the building's entrance, and Cercanías Sol is six minutes on foot — meaning attendees arriving from any point on Madrid's metro or commuter rail network can reach the building without a change or a long walk. Every meeting room at Gran Vía 6 includes a large display screen, HDMI input, 10 Gbps Wi-Fi and climate control. The training classroom also has a whiteboard. All equipment is tested and ready before your session begins. External cables or adapters (USB-C, DisplayPort) are available on request from the reception team.
