AzcaAt Ibercenter Gran Vía you rent the room for as long as you actually need it: a two-hour meeting, a full morning training session or a presentation that runs all day.
Every room is prepared around your event. We choose the layout —classroom, U-shape, boardroom or theatre—, set up the connectivity and the screen in advance, and take care of the catering and breaks so you can focus solely on your agenda.
The building, a 1922 Art Deco landmark with its own terrace, lends a polished image to any gathering. Welcoming a client, your team or a group of attendees at Gran Vía 6 conveys credibility from the very first minute.
Gran Vía 6 is the address of Ibercenter's flagship centre in Madrid — a 1922 Art Déco building that offers some of the most sought-after meeting and event space in the city centre. The meeting rooms here are designed for professional use: capacities range from 6 to 16 people in flexible configurations, every room is equipped with a large display screen, 10 Gbps wireless internet and HDMI connectivity, and the building's own private outdoor terrace is available for events that warrant an open-air setting above one of Europe's most famous streets.
Rooms can be arranged in a boardroom layout for formal presentations, negotiations or board-level meetings; in a classroom layout with individual desks and a whiteboard for training sessions and workshops; or in a theatre configuration for talks or screenings. The training room specifically features a projector screen and whiteboard combination that supports interactive facilitation techniques. All configurations are set up by the on-site team before your session starts — you arrive to a room that is ready, with AV tested and temperature controlled.
Bookings at Gran Vía 6 run by the hour or by the full day, with no minimum session length. A bilingual reception team in Spanish and English is on-site from 09:00 to 19:00 on weekdays to welcome your guests, manage arrivals and assist with any last-minute needs. The Metro Gran Vía station (lines 1 and 5) is a one-minute walk from the building's entrance, and Cercanías Sol is six minutes on foot — meaning attendees arriving from any point on Madrid's metro or commuter rail network can reach the building without a change or a long walk. Coffee is included; catering for half-day or full-day bookings can be arranged in advance.

Gran Vía is Madrid's most recognisable avenue and one of the best-connected spots in the city. Calling a meeting or a training session here makes attendance easy: people coming from outside Madrid reach Sol by Cercanías in just a few minutes, and anyone travelling by metro has several lines right at hand. That accessibility cuts no-shows and delays at your events.
On top of that, the area offers everything that surrounds a great event: hotels for speakers coming from out of town, restaurants for a working lunch and cafés for a coffee between sessions. Having your room at Gran Vía 6 means your guests can walk between the meeting and whatever comes next.
Gran Vía is more than just a street — it is the commercial and theatrical heart of Madrid, a kilometre-long corridor of early-twentieth-century architecture that runs from Cibeles in the east to the Plaza de España in the west. Built over three decades starting in 1910, the street was designed to give Madrid a modern European boulevard to rival Paris's Haussman avenues. Today it remains the most recognisable address in the city, flanked by flagship stores, international hotel chains, historic cinemas and a continuous stream of both business and leisure visitors.
From a meeting logistics perspective, Gran Vía is unbeatable. It is the only street in central Madrid served by two separate metro lines at the same station — lines 1 and 5 — and it sits at the convergence of multiple urban bus routes. Callao (0.2 km west) and Sol (0.4 km east) add further transit options. Hotels at the 100-metre mark make overnight stays easy for out-of-town guests. The surrounding neighbourhood — bounded by Chueca, Malasaña, Sol and Lavapiés — offers an enormous range of restaurants and cafés for before or after your session, removing the need to plan in advance for group lunches or informal follow-ups.
Yes. At Ibercenter Gran Vía you book by the hour or by the full day, depending on how long your meeting, training session or event lasts. There is: you only pay for the time you actually use the room.
Yes, we prepare the layout you need: boardroom, classroom, U-shape or theatre. We get the screen and connectivity ready, and we can arrange the catering and breaks so your session flows without interruptions.
The building is at Gran Vía 6, around one minute from Gran Vía Metro station (L1, L5). Sevilla, Callao and Sol are a few minutes' walk away, and those coming from out of town arrive at Sol by Cercanías (C3, C4).
Yes. Every room comes with Wi-Fi and a screen for your presentations. If you need any extra equipment or a specific setup, just let us know when you book and we will have it ready before you arrive.
Yes. The private outdoor terrace is available for corporate receptions, networking events, product launches and team-building sessions. It is one of the few open-air event spaces in central Madrid accessible directly within a business centre, and it can be combined with indoor meeting rooms for multi-format programmes.
Every meeting room at Gran Vía 6 includes a large display screen, HDMI input, 10 Gbps Wi-Fi and climate control. The training classroom also has a whiteboard. All equipment is tested and ready before your session begins. External cables or adapters (USB-C, DisplayPort) are available on request from the reception team.
Same-day bookings are accepted subject to availability. The quickest way to check and confirm is via WhatsApp at +34 659 426 817. For recurring sessions or events requiring the terrace, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred time slot and configuration.
Standard configurations include boardroom (central table, chairs around it), classroom (individual desks facing a screen or whiteboard) and theatre (rows of chairs facing a presentation area). If your session requires a different arrangement — such as a U-shape, cabaret or standing reception layout — speak to the team when booking and they will set it up for you.
