We have been supporting companies in Madrid since 1996, so we know exactly what a trainer needs: a room that is ready, with no technical surprises and in a location everyone can reach without getting lost. Call us on +34 914 184 518 and we'll check availability.

Ibercenter Gran Vía puts you in one of the most central training venues in Madrid. Located at Gran Vía 6, inside a landmark 1922 Art Déco building, our classrooms are configured for courses, certification sessions and internal workshops with groups of up to 60 attendees. Every room is laid out in a classroom arrangement with rows of tables, a full-width whiteboard and a large projection screen — everything a trainer needs to deliver a structured session from the first minute. You book by the hour or by the day, so whether you need a half-morning for a technical briefing or a full two-day certification course, the billing fits your actual usage.

The classroom features 10 Gbps fibre Wi-Fi throughout, climate control adjusted to your headcount, and bilingual reception staff (Spanish and English) available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. to greet your attendees, manage access and take care of any last-minute needs. Catering can be arranged for coffee breaks, working lunches or afternoon snacks, so your group never needs to leave the building mid-session. AV connectivity covers HDMI and wireless screen-sharing, and technical support is on hand to ensure the projector, microphone and sound system are ready before your delegates arrive.

Bookings are confirmed online or by WhatsApp (+34 659 426 817), and you receive a full setup confirmation in advance. If you run regular training programmes, Ibercenter's preferential rates for repeat clients make Gran Vía a cost-effective base for your L&D calendar. The room is also available outside standard hours — 24/7 access means early-morning or evening modules are perfectly feasible, giving your scheduling team maximum flexibility when coordinating participants from different organisations or time zones.

Gran Vía in detail

Few addresses in Madrid are as recognisable as Gran Vía. Inviting your attendees here makes the call easy: everyone knows how to get there and the public transport connections are unbeatable, which is key when you are bringing together people coming from different parts of the city or from outside Madrid.

The venue occupies a 1922 Art Déco building at Gran Vía 6, with its own terrace for breaks. You are a step away from Sol, Cibeles, the Círculo de Bellas Artes and Chueca, so once the training is over there is plenty of choice for lunch, a drink or accommodation for anyone travelling in.

Gran Vía is Madrid's most recognisable central artery, running through the heart of the city between Plaza de España and Alcalá. The avenue and its immediate surroundings — Sol, Callao, Tribunal — form one of the densest transit hubs in the entire country, making it genuinely easy for every attendee to arrive on time regardless of where they are coming from. Metro lines 1 and 5 stop at Gran Vía station, one minute on foot from the door; Sevilla and Callao stations are three minutes away; and Cercanías Sol is a six-minute walk, connecting your participants to the national rail network and Madrid's suburban lines in every direction.

For out-of-town delegates or international guests, Atocha AVE station is roughly ten minutes away by metro, meaning someone arriving by high-speed train from Barcelona, Seville or Valencia can be in the classroom within a quarter of an hour of stepping off the train. The neighbourhood is saturated with hotels at every price point, making it straightforward for attendees to combine a training day with an overnight stay. Restaurants, coffee shops and pharmacies are all within a two-minute walk, so any logistical need during a break is covered without any disruption to the session.

FAQ

What people ask
before booking.

How many attendees fit in the Gran Vía classrooms?

+

We have classrooms for up to 60 attendees, with several layouts depending on the format of your course. If your group is smaller, we adapt the room to the actual number of people so the space feels comfortable. Tell us how many of you there are and we'll suggest the best option.

Can I rent the classroom for just a few hours?

+

Yes. You can book by the hour, by the half day or by full days, depending on how long your training lasts. We don't require long-term contracts to use the classrooms, so you only pay for the time you actually need.

What equipment does the classroom include?

+

The classrooms come with a projector or screen, high-speed internet and furniture configurable in classroom, U-shape or theatre layout. On request we add coffee service, water, stationery and attendee reception. If your course needs anything specific, just mention it when you book.

How do attendees reach the Gran Vía venue?

+

The venue is at Gran Vía 6, one minute from Gran Vía metro (L1 and L5) and very close to Sevilla, Banco de España, Callao and Sol. From Sol they also have Cercanías (C3 and C4). It's a location almost everyone in Madrid knows how to reach without complicated directions.

What layout options are available for the Gran Vía training classroom?

+

The standard configuration is a classroom layout with tables and chairs in rows, ideal for structured learning, certification exams or instructor-led courses. If your session requires a different arrangement — such as a U-shape for interactive workshops or a theatre layout for presentations — speak to our team when booking and we will accommodate it subject to the group size.

Is catering available for full-day training sessions at Gran Vía?

+

Yes. We can arrange coffee and pastries for morning breaks, working lunches, and afternoon refreshments. Catering is requested at the time of booking or up to 48 hours in advance. For larger groups or dietary requirements, our team will coordinate with the catering provider to ensure everything is ready at the agreed times.

Can I book the classroom for a recurring weekly course?

+

Absolutely. Ibercenter offers preferential rates for clients who book regularly. If you run a weekly or bi-weekly course, ask about our recurring booking arrangements and volume pricing when you contact us by phone or WhatsApp. Your slot can be held on a standing basis so you do not need to rebook each time.

Is there parking available near the Gran Vía classroom?

+

There are several public car parks within a short walk of Gran Vía 6, including options on Calle Jacometrezo and around Plaza del Carmen. That said, the exceptional metro and public transport connections mean most attendees arrive by tube, which is often faster given central Madrid traffic. We are happy to share the nearest parking details when you confirm your booking.
