Covid-19 Protocol [Updated October 2021]

Ibercenter Measures

In order for our offices to be safe spaces, we have expanded and adapted the existing protocol with the prevention, containment and coordination measures established in the latest Royal Decree-Law and subsequent recommendations that have been published on the official website of the Ministry of Health.

Given that these are always marked according to the scientific and technical knowledge available, it is necessary to keep up to date, incorporating the measures that are recommended in the fight against the virus.

1. Access to the buildings

Among the main measures for access to buildings:

  • Mandatory use of the mask.
  • Hydrogel for disinfection at the entrance at your disposal.
  • Priority use of the ladder.
  • Explanatory signage.

2. Access to the centres

  • Mandatory use of the mask.
  • Hydrogel for disinfection at the entrance at your disposal.
  • Pavement with disinfectant solution to clean the soles of shoes.
  • It is recommended to keep all personal belongings in a backpack or bag and keep them inside during the working day.
  • Explanatory signage.

3. Use of common spaces

  • Mandatory use of the mask.
  • Please avoid close contact between people.
  • Control the density of occupancy to avoid crowding of people.
  • Separation screens at reception desks.
  • Do not leave personal belongings in common areas.
  • Reinforcement of cleaning in common shared elements: computers, photocopiers, rotary stations, etc. Gel dispensers.
  • Bathrooms. Individual use of the toilets will be attempted.
  • Cafeteria and office. Customers must remove everything they leave in the refrigerators for common use daily.
  • Explanatory signage in all areas.

4. Cleaning and safety protocol

Periodic disinfection of all IBERCENTER facilities, carried out by an authorised company, by means of the nebulization of a broad-spectrum disinfectant product approved by the Ministry of Health with number 13-20/40/90-01562.

IBERCENTER supplies its staff with appropriate protective equipment, mainly masks.

Use of pedal bins for disposable material (gloves, etc.).

Air quality.

The maintenance company confirms the air quality in our facilities and advises against disinfectant treatments in the ventilation system, as their use may involve health risks due to their properties.

Ventilation of common areas by natural means.

5. Use of offices

The adaptation and distribution of the office will be studied with each client to adapt it to the recommended regulations for the prevention of COVID-19.

6. Use of rooms

  1. Reinforcement of the policy of cleaning and disinfection of the rooms, after each meeting.
  2. Hydrogel for disinfection at your disposal.

7. How to act in case of contagion

The worker or customer who suspects that he or she has been infected should:

  • Isolate yourself and call 900 102 112 for directions on how to act
  • Immediately notify the reception staff of IBERCENTER BUSINESS CENTER
  • and simultaneously notify the coordinator of IBERCENTER CENTRO DE NEGOCIOS, Joaquín Ruiz, on the phone 607 42 87 56, or by email mantenimiento@iberinve.com

Between IBERCENTER CENTRO DE NEGOCIOS and its customers, reciprocal, permanent and constant communication will be maintained regarding the measures adopted, and the need to coordinate protocols in relation to the issue.

8. We’re here to help

We provide our customers with large spaces to respect safety and health measures at all times.

Occasional use of workspace can also be made for those companies that have decided to do without their offices, but that, on occasion, need to meet.

Finally, they can establish their fiscal, social and commercial headquarters in our center to receive correspondence in case they require it.

9. Capacity limit for rooms

There is no capacity limit for the rooms.
