- Complementary services. Last-minute photocopies, technical support in case of failure or catering in case of prolongation are details that make the difference in an important meeting.
How to prepare a boardroom?
Let’s imagine that we are going to organize an annual company meeting, made up of 10 partners. As a rule, in this type of meeting, the partners evaluate the results obtained that year and set the goals for the coming year.
In such a meeting, a boardroom should have a large space, an imperial or U-shaped table, ergonomic chairs, television, whiteboard, projector, high-speed connection, and minimalist décor (that adorns the meeting area but is also not distracting).
To this can be added office supplies, welcome notebooks, water and, if the meeting is going to last several hours, a coffee-break can be organized for the members of the company.
