Protocole de la covid-19

Important information concerning COVID-19

Mesures Ibercenter

To face the COVID-19 pandemic, in addition to respecting the law on the prevention of professional risks and its implementing regulations, it is necessary to take into account the rules issued by the competent and health authorities in the successive protocols that have been published on the official site of the
ministère de la santé.
..

Since these are marked according to the scientific and technical knowledge available at any given time, it is necessary to keep up to date, incorporating the measures that are recommended to us in the fight against the virus.

In order to make the bureaus safe, we have extended and adapted the existing prevention protocol by strengthening and establishing the following measures:

Access to rooms

Among the main measures concerning access to the buildings:

Access will be controlled so as to maintain a safety distance of 2 meters.

A disinfection hydrogel at the entrance is at your disposal.

Priority use of scalers.

Restrictions on the use of elevators. They will only be used if strictly necessary. Individual access to elevators.

Explanatory panels.

Access to centers

Access will be controlled so that the safety distance of 2 meters is maintained.

Disinfection hydrogel at your disposal.

Temperature control (thermographic camera). We are in the process of evaluating this option, but the Spanish Data Protection Agency has reminded us that the collection of temperature data – like all data processing – must provide adequate guarantees that can only be established by the health authorities and the corresponding legislation.

Anti-skid sunscreen or elements with disinfectant solution to clean the soles of the shoes.

It is recommended to keep all personal belongings in a duffle bag or sack and to store them indoors during the working day.

Explanatory signs.

Use of the common area

Avoid any close contact between people.

Control the density of occupation in order to respect the safety distances and to avoid shadowing.

Provide a reception area for merchandisers. If necessary, disinfect the markers.

Separation screens. The eventual implementation of protection screens in the reception offices is under study.

Do not leave personal equipment in the common areas.

Toilettes. The individual use of the toilets will be considered.

Limited and controlled use of the coffee machine for the sale and use of the micro-waves. Temporary closure of the living room.

Common elements shared: photocopiers, computers, rotating posts, etc. Controlled use. Nettoyage renforcé. Gel distributors.

Explanatory panels in all areas.

Netting and safety protocols

Disinfection of common areas every fifteen days.
It will be performed by a specialized company, by the nebulization of a large-spectrum disinfectant product approved by the Ministry of Health under the number 13-20/40/90-01562.
This disinfectant can be used on all types of surfaces and in airborne form to combat virus proliferation and spread.
It does not present any danger to humans because the product is biodegradable and does not present any residue after application.

Strengthening the policy of cleaning and disinfection of common areas.

Masks and gloves for our reception and service staff.

Use of pedal wheels to carry equipment (gloves, etc.)

Air quality.

The maintenance company confirms the quality of the air in our installations and advises against the use of disinfectant treatments in the ventilation system, as their use may entail health risks due to their properties.

In the possible common areas, the air will be ventilated by natural means on a daily basis.

Use of the bureaus

The adaptation and repartition of the bureau will be studied with each client in order to adapt it to the recommended regulations for the prevention of COVID-19.

Use of rooms

Rooms with the recommended safety distance will be made available.

Reinforcement of the room cleaning and disinfection policy after each meeting.

Availability of hydrogel for disinfection.

We provide our customers with large surfaces in order to respect safety and health measures at all times.

It is also possible to make occasional use of work spaces for companies that have decided to move out of their offices but need to meet on occasion.

Finally, they can establish their fiscal, social and commercial address in our center to receive correspondence in case they need it.
